Ronald Parys

Ronald Parys has decades of experience in all aspects of employment law. After completing his studies at Vrije Universiteit Brussel, he began his career as an attorney and bankruptcy trustee, and passed on his passion for the profession as an assistant lecturer. His specialization lies in the intersection of labor law and the issues surrounding companies facing financial difficulties. Since 2017, he has been part of Novius (now NOMA), where he incisively advises clients, trains bankruptcy trustees and contributes to the development of the employment law team.
